Montara Hospitality Group has appointed Suprawee Poonsawat as Marketing Communications Manager. Based in Thailand, she oversees marketing and communications across Montara’s properties, with a focus on rooms, wellness, and other non-F&B offerings, including content and campaign development.
Prior to this, Suprawee was Marketing Communications Manager at Avani Hotels and Resorts.
“Joining Montara is an exciting opportunity for me to elevate its global brand presence through impactful storytelling and meaningful collaborations with leading international media and partners,” commented Suprawee of her new appointment.
Throughout her career, she has built expertise in content creation, storytelling, and media relations, working closely with international and regional press. Her experience includes collaborations such as a special edition with Vogue Korea, as well as organising and hosting FAM trips and press visits for key media across markets alongside KOLs.
With a background spanning high-end residences and large-scale resort operations, Suprawee brings a well-rounded perspective to brand building, with a growing focus on luxury positioning, experiential storytelling, and destination-led narratives.

Perspective Strategies has been reappointed as the public relations agency for Mercedes-Benz Malaysia, following a competitive pitch.
The agency first secured the account in 2022 and has been on retainer since 2023. After a formal pitch in October 2025, Mercedes-Benz Malaysia re-elected it in December, securing a renewed two-year mandate from January 2026 to December 2027, as the agency told Telum Media.
