BrandForz rolls out PR-to-Performance model

Malaysia-based integrated brand and growth consultancy, BrandForz, has launched its PR-to-Performance (P2P) model, an integrated approach that connects public relations, brand strategy, digital marketing, performance campaigns, and technology.

Developed by Aghilan (Alan) Ramachandran (pictured), CEO and Co-Founder of BrandForz, the P2P model brings reputation-building and business growth objectives together through one connected approach.

Operating from Malaysia and serving clients globally, BrandForz provides integrated solutions across strategic communications, corporate reputation, thought leadership, media engagement, branding, content strategy, digital marketing, and performance campaigns for B2B, B2C, and B2G organisations.

Commenting on the launch, Alan said: "For years, public relations has unfortunately been measured through outputs such as media coverage, AVE and PR values, while performance marketing has increasingly focused on clicks, leads and conversions. Both disciplines have evolved significantly, but businesses are still expected to choose between building reputation and driving measurable outcomes.

"Having worked across both communications and digital marketing, we saw an opportunity to bridge that divide. Businesses shouldn't have to decide whether they want credibility or commercial outcomes; they need both. That's what inspired us to develop the PR-to-Performance model."

He added: "AI is making content creation and campaign execution faster than ever, but technology alone cannot build trust. The brands that succeed will be those that combine strategic storytelling, human credibility, data, and technology into one connected growth strategy."

Ariff Communications has announced several client wins and renewals, including a new one-year appointment from JETOUR Malaysia.

Under the remit, the team will support JETOUR’s communications efforts in Malaysia, as the automotive brand looks to strengthen visibility and brand awareness in the local market.

The Hong Kong Tourism Board has renewed its partnership with the agency for another two years, continuing the collaboration to support Hong Kong’s communications efforts in Malaysia from 2026 to 2028. Over the past year, Ariff Communications has supported the tourism board through media engagement, influencer collaborations and market-led storytelling.

The agency is also continuing its partnership with Hisense until 2027, extending its role in supporting the brand’s communications in Malaysia.

Aisya Hashim, Director at Ariff Communications, said: “Brands today are not only looking for visibility. They are looking for relevance, trust and communications that can move with the pace of culture.”

“These wins and renewals mean a lot to us because they reflect both new confidence in our capabilities and the trust we have built with long-term partners. Whether we are working with an automotive brand, a tourism board, an airline, a consumer technology company or an F&B brand, our role remains the same: to help brands tell stories that matter to the audiences they serve,” she added.
