Malaysia-based integrated brand and growth consultancy, BrandForz, has launched its PR-to-Performance (P2P) model, an integrated approach that connects public relations, brand strategy, digital marketing, performance campaigns, and technology.
Developed by Aghilan (Alan) Ramachandran (pictured), CEO and Co-Founder of BrandForz, the P2P model brings reputation-building and business growth objectives together through one connected approach.
Operating from Malaysia and serving clients globally, BrandForz provides integrated solutions across strategic communications, corporate reputation, thought leadership, media engagement, branding, content strategy, digital marketing, and performance campaigns for B2B, B2C, and B2G organisations.
Commenting on the launch, Alan said: "For years, public relations has unfortunately been measured through outputs such as media coverage, AVE and PR values, while performance marketing has increasingly focused on clicks, leads and conversions. Both disciplines have evolved significantly, but businesses are still expected to choose between building reputation and driving measurable outcomes.
"Having worked across both communications and digital marketing, we saw an opportunity to bridge that divide. Businesses shouldn't have to decide whether they want credibility or commercial outcomes; they need both. That's what inspired us to develop the PR-to-Performance model."
He added: "AI is making content creation and campaign execution faster than ever, but technology alone cannot build trust. The brands that succeed will be those that combine strategic storytelling, human credibility, data, and technology into one connected growth strategy."
