Swiss-Belinn Manyar Surabaya promotes marcomms manager

Dwi Bima Joko Permono has stepped up to the role of Marketing Communications Manager at Swiss-Belinn Manyar, Surabaya.

In the new capacity, he leads a range of communications initiatives, spanning corporate communications and branding, press relations, crisis management, social media, and events.

Dwi Bima has accumulated more than five years of marketing communications experience from various organisations, including Lippo Malls and Luminor Hotel Sidoarjo.

MTI names comms partners for Singapore’s ASEAN Chairmanship

The Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI) has appointed We. Communications as public relations partner and GOVT VCCP as lead integrated campaign agency to support Singapore’s ASEAN Chairmanship in 2027, following a competitive pitch process.

Under the remit, GOVT VCCP will spearhead integrated campaign strategy, while We. Communications will lead earned media and public relations. Both agencies have been engaged as a consortium for communications work across creative, content and media, tied to the ASEAN Economic Community pillar.

Daryl Ho, Managing Director, We. Communications Singapore, said: "Singapore's ASEAN Chairmanship presents an opportunity for the region's priorities and progress to resonate beyond the room, and we are grateful for MTI’s trust in us to help amplify that story.

Ariff Communications secures new wins and renewals

Ariff Communications has announced several client wins and renewals, including a new one-year appointment from JETOUR Malaysia.

Under the remit, the team will support JETOUR’s communications efforts in Malaysia, as the automotive brand looks to strengthen visibility and brand awareness in the local market.

The Hong Kong Tourism Board has renewed its partnership with the agency for another two years, continuing the collaboration to support Hong Kong’s communications efforts in Malaysia from 2026 to 2028. Over the past year, Ariff Communications has supported the tourism board through media engagement, influencer collaborations and market-led storytelling.

The agency is also continuing its partnership with Hisense until 2027, extending its role in supporting the brand’s communications in Malaysia.
