Team updates to the Department of Premier and Cabinet WA

The Department of Premier and Cabinet WA has made the following appointments:
  • Tegan Sapwell has been promoted to Media Director. She initially joined the team in 2021 as Senior Media Advisor. Prior to this, Tegan was a journalist at Nine and Network 10.A
  • Kate Phillips has stepped up as Deputy Media Director. She was also previously Senior Media Adviser at the department. Kate's in-house experience spans more than a decade, with multiple roles within the government sector, as well as a career in journalism.
  • Dylan Caporn has been welcomed as Principal Media Advisor. He has made the move into comms after 13 years in journalism, which includes roles at The West Australian.
