Taurus announces new AI service

PR and communications agency, Taurus Marketing, has announced the launch of Taurus AI, an integrated reputation management service that embeds AI into the agency's Taurus Bullseye methodology.

Built under the leadership of Taurus Founder, Sharon Williams OAM, and guided by an advisory board of AI experts, the new service is designed to help boards, C-suite executives, and marketing leaders harness AI in their comms campaigns. It is also meant to address what the agency states as one of Australia's most critical business challenges today - the AI literacy gap.

Sharon said: "We recognise from our work with C-suite leaders that the AI literacy gap remains a real barrier to adoption in Australia, and our goal with Taurus AI is to bridge that gap with clarity, practical strategy and our typical No Bull approach.

"Taurus AI delivers measurable business, life and productivity outcomes. Our Taurus Bullseye methodology has guided brands such as ASUS, TrustDefender, OVH, Cybertrust, Datacom and Dicker Data to hit their mark. Now, we have applied the same integrated, 360-degree model to the AI era - ensuring messaging, branding and go-to-market strategies are effective, built to last and take full advantage of AI solutions."

While the adoption of AI offers significant opportunities, the agency noted it also brings unprecedented reputational risk. The new offering addresses this emerging challenge with AI-powered reputation management, leveraging media and sentiment monitoring, predictive crisis simulation, and culturally sensitive localisation.

By embedding AI into communications and crisis planning, Taurus AI enables businesses to move from reactive crisis response to proactive risk prevention - safeguarding brand trust and future-proofing against the next wave of disruption.

Sharon said of AI: "It is not just the next big thing - it is the big thing, and it’s here. At Taurus, we've always led with tech, and Taurus AI is the natural next step in our three decades of helping clients navigate what’s next. Our role is to cut through the hype, translate complexity into clarity, and deliver communication strategies that build trust and drive growth."
