Stagwell unites Assembly and ADK Global

Assembly has announced a merger with ADK Global, a network of overseas subsidiaries managed by ADK Holdings Inc., following its acquisition by Stagwell.A As part of the transition, ADK Global operates under the new banner ADK Global Powered by Assembly.A

Local leadership will remain at the helm of the new holding company, with Yasuyuki Katagi, former CEO of ADK Global, now taking on the post of Chief Integration Officer, APAC for the combined agency.A

Tonic continues Australian growth with new client win

Trans-Tasman integrated communications agency, Tonic Communications, has been appointed by Brisbane-headquartered Morgans Financial, to lead PR for its annual fundraiser, Big Dry Friday.
