They are joined by newly appointed Directors Ali Al‑Naseri, Phillippa Baume, Kate Hamilton, Kate Neilson, and Camille Penrose, alongside Thought Leadership Advisor Michael Vincent and Board Associate Mahir Munot. Returning Directors Helen Pennock, who stays on as secretary, and Hallie Donkin and Mione Collins will remain on the Board, with Hallie and Mione continuing to lead the NSW Chapter's events program.

Outgoing directors include Asha Oberoi, Jeremy Hyman, and Paula Batho.

The newly formed board will be focusing on strengthening professional development opportunities for communicators, expanding member networks across sectors, improving global IABC standards in ethics, strategy, and measurement, fostering a friendly, vibrant community, and remaining as an ongoing career partner for members.
