Havas Red strengthens automotive leadership

Havas Red has appointed Emily Fadeyev as Group Practice Head for Automotive, overseeing the partnership with Toyota and Lexus, part of Toyota Motor Corporation Australia.

Based in Melbourne, Emily's appointment follows the retirement of Patrick Lyons, who shaped automotive communications in Australia for decades, including eight years with Havas Red. She has 20 years of experience in the industry, spanning strategic communications, corporate affairs, brand activations and sponsorships.

“Emily’s appointment further strengthens our automotive practice,” said Steve Fontanot, Commercial Managing Director for Havas Red, Asia-Pacific.

“Emily is a highly respected voice in the industry with a track record in strategic communications. We’re thrilled to welcome her to Havas Red, which includes 30 of the most talented automotive specialists in the industry."

Previous to that, Myf founded and headed up Frank PR, which opened in 2009 in Sydney, following three years that she spent working at their London HQ. She has over 20 years of Communications experience under her belt.

He finished eight and a half years at the Australian Renewable Energy Agency, leading the Media and Public Affairs team. Prior to this, Dylan gained in-house experience in the education and public safety sectors.
