Global agency network bets on Brisbane talent

Brisbane-based strategic brand consultancy, LCC Group, has joined Capel Group, a new global network of independent agencies, as its first Australian founding agency, alongside specialist consultancies across the UK, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific.

Through Capel Group, LCC Group's clients will gain access to a global network of more than 200 senior practitioners across 14 international offices, as well as specialist capability via The Capel Consultancy - spanning employer brand, sustainability, sport, and experiential design - and structured professional development for agency talent through The Capel Academy.

To mark the occasion, LCC Group will be hosting the Australian launch of Capel Group as part of its international launch series.

Capel Group Executive Chairman, Jonathan Cummings, said: "LCC Group represents exactly what Capel Group was created to champion - independent agencies delivering global-standard thinking, grounded in deep local insight."

"Australia, and Brisbane in particular, has the talent and ambition global brands are looking for. Capel Group provides a platform for that capability to be seen and accessed internationally."

LCC Group Founder, Laura Campion, said: "For our Australian-based clients operating on a global scale, this partnership offers direct access to specialist expertise with proven experience across markets in areas outside our wheelhouse.

"We know our clients experience different challenges at different points in their lifecycle, and being part of Capel Group means we can tap into the exact expertise they need - offering the steady hand of our strategic oversight, with the invaluable specific experience and global perspectives from our partner agencies."
