GCI Health names new leaders to drive growth in global markets

GCI Health has appointed Kath Harrison (pictured, left) to the newly created role of President, International Markets, where she will focus on Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and new growth markets. Previously serving as President, EMEA, Harrison relocated to Dubai in 2024 and has led the agency’s expansion in Europe and the Middle East.

The agency has also named Eddie Morton (pictured, right) as Regional Managing Director, Asia-Pacific. Based in Singapore, Eddie will work alongside Kath to support business growth and operations across the region. He will collaborate with country leaders and regional specialists to strengthen GCI Health’s integrated offering across communications, public affairs, and medical strategy.

Eddie joins from Sandpiper Health, where he co-led the firm’s regional health business. He brings experience in journalism, government relations, and consultancy, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and policy strategy across Asia-Pacific.

Rikki Jones, currently President, Asia-Pacific, will be leaving GCI Health in July to pursue a new opportunity.

Commenting on the appointments, Kristin Cahill, Global CEO, GCI Group said, "Increasingly, our global healthcare clients are organising their business around international markets, where innovation is happening at speed and where the next benchmarks for healthcare are being set. Asia-Pacific continues to be a major engine of growth and innovation in healthcare. With Kath’s leadership and diverse market experience, alongside Eddie’s deep Asia-Pacific expertise, we are strongly positioned to support clients where the future of health is being shaped.”
