Independent communications agency, In The Media PR, has bolstered its leadership team with the appointment of former Nine Radio National News Director, Erin Maher, as Campaign Director. She joins a line-up of Campaign Directors, which includes Laura Tunstall and Amie Meehan.
Erin's three-decade career in broadcast journalism includes coverage of four federal elections, three state elections, five Olympic Games, on the ground reporting in Jakarta in the wake of the 2004 Embassy bombing, as well as managing the 2GB newsroom's coverage of major events, such as the Christchurch earthquake, Cyclone Yasi, and the Black Summer bushfires.
In The Media PR's Co-founding Director, Janyne Moore, said Erin's appointment further strengthens the agency's position.
"Erin brings a wealth of experience shaping narratives in the national news cycle for decades. Her insight is invaluable to our team and to our clients as we continue to scale."

Erin's appointment, alongside the calibre of our full team, reflects our commitment to delivering powerful outcomes for clients as we grow."
Erin's appointment follows a period of growth for In The Media PR, with new client wins including Dulux, Yates, OzHarvest, The Bill Crews Foundation, and Randstad.
To support its expanding portfolio, the agency has also welcomed Andrew Arthur as Senior Campaign Manager. He brings two decades of media experience, including leadership roles at the ABC's Gold Coast bureau and across regional Queensland.
