National not-for-profit organisation, UN Youth New South Wales, has appointed Lily Sullivan as Director of Communications. In the role, she will head up all comms efforts for the organisation across its events and programs, and develop strategies aligned with its initiatives.

Lily brings a background spanning comms, PR, marketing, events, and social media, with prior roles at DEC PR and Richardson & Wrench.

Holcim UAE has selected Catch Communications as its communications consultancy. The agency will lead integrated PR and strategic communications to support Holcim UAE’s narrative and brand positioning, with a focus on strengthening the company’s visibility and leadership profile in the construction, sustainability and innovation space.

Shannen Tan has been elevated to the role of Senior Manager at Mutant to oversee a slew of clients across tech and corporate industries, including M1, Epson Southeast Asia and Deel.

Based in Singapore, she first joined the agency in 2022 as a Senior Public Relations Consultant. Prior to that, she was a PR Consultant at SYNC PR and a former contributing writer for KrAsia, with an interest in the intersection between tech and public policy.
