Anu Ramasamy takes on new regional responsibilities

U.S. Soybean Export Council (USSEC) has named Anu Ramasamy as Regional Communications Lead, East Asia, based in Singapore. In this role, she oversees communications and brand reputation strategy across the East Asia region.

Anu first joined USSEC as Communications Lead, Southeast Asia, and brings more than 17 years of experience from previous roles, including at We. Communications, OPRG and FleishmanHillard.

PROMPERÚ (Peruvian Export and Tourism Promotion Commission), the official tourism organisation of Peru, has appointed BrandStory as its public relations agency for Greater China. This collaboration aims to strengthen Peru’s destination profile and increase engagement with both media and travel trade sectors across the region.

Christie Digital Systems has promoted Tsung Yi Chan to the role of Senior Public Relations Manager.

Based in Singapore, he spearheads the company’s PR strategy for the Asia-Pacific region, driving brand visibility through integrated communications, media engagement, and thought leadership. He first joined the audio and visual technologies company in 2014 as Public Relations Manager, Asia Pacific. Tsung Yi brings comms experience from his previous roles at POPULAR Singapore and ComfortDel.

Shirley Tay has been named Chief Executive Officer at Ogilvy Group Singapore, effective 1st January 2026.

In her new role, she oversees the streamlined business operations of the Group’s agency brands in the market, including Ogilvy Singapore and Grey Singapore. Shirley will work with leaders across both brands, with each continuing to operate distinctly and serve their respective clients.

Kunal Jeswani will continue as CEO, Ogilvy Group ASEAN.
