Gordon Li has taken on a new role as Media Relations Manager, Group Strategic Marketing & Communications at DBS Bank in Hong Kong.

Gordon made the move into the banking sector after seven years with Hongkong Land, where he got his start in communications and marketing. He most recently handled corporate PR and digital communications for the real estate developer across local and regional markets.

The Hai Long Offshore Wind Project has appointed Peggy Liao as GR/PR Director. Based in Taipei, she leads government affairs, media relations, stakeholder engagement, public affairs campaigns, and oversees advocacy strategies.

She also coordinates cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance, works to safeguard the organisation’s reputation, and supports project delivery in line with Taiwan’s energy policy goals.

Peggy brings 17 years of experience across the media, transport, and energy sectors, having previously held senior GR/PR roles at BlueFloat Energy and Ørsted. Before pivoting into comms, she was a TVBS news anchor and cross-Strait correspondent.

Lisa Maguire has been welcomed at Gilead Sciences as Interim Director of Public Affairs ANZ. She was previously at genetic sequencing company, Illumina, most recently as Director Communications, Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa (AMEA).

Lisa holds senior in-house experience across the pharmaceutical, FMCG, government and emergency services sectors.
