Hai Long Offshore Wind welcomes GR/PR Director

The Hai Long Offshore Wind Project has appointed Peggy Liao as GR/PR Director. Based in Taipei, she leads government affairs, media relations, stakeholder engagement, public affairs campaigns, and oversees advocacy strategies.

She also coordinates cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance, works to safeguard the organisation’s reputation, and supports project delivery in line with Taiwan’s energy policy goals.

Peggy brings 17 years of experience across the media, transport, and energy sectors, having previously held senior GR/PR roles at BlueFloat Energy and Ørsted. Before pivoting into comms, she was a TVBS news anchor and cross-Strait correspondent.

Following his earlier tenure, Andrew went on to work in senior roles across the not-for-profit and government sectors, including at Oxfam Australia, Wyndham City Council and National Disability Services.
