We. Communications taps new leader for EMEA region

We. Communications has named Stephanie Marchesi as President, EMEA. With this appointment, Stephanie is responsible for strengthening EMEA operations and nurturing talent; elevating its capabilities in high-value C-suite advisory services; accelerating growth of technology and health sectors; integrating expanded capabilities in AI, social impact and content creation; as well as evaluating the agency�s opportunity to expand its presence in select markets.

Stephanie will also continue in her role as President, We. Global Health to lead efforts to innovate new solutions to client business problems and grow and expand client relationships, including work with 13 of the top 25 biopharma companies.

�Stephanie is both a builder and a strategist - someone who sees the big picture and knows how to bring it to life,� said Dawn Beauparlant, We.�s Global President. �She�s been instrumental in shaping our business - from accelerating the growth of our global health sector, to deepening cross-regional collaboration, to leading the charge on our global brand refresh. Her appointment is further buoyed by portfolio expansion in the region, including two new wins for its social impact team, Hopscotch, a We. company: a competitive tender to partner with the Royal Academy of Engineering on STEM education research, and a multichannel communication campaign promoting the new Shape Your Skills Award to primary schools for the Leadership Skills Foundation.

Myfanwy McGregor has been welcomed to the Los Angeles Tourism & Convention Board as Director Global Communications, Asia Pacific. Based in Sydney, she will be overseeing communications strategy, execution, and agency management in key markets including Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Korea, and emerging markets across Southeast Asia. Prior to this role, she was the Co-Owner and Director of Adhesive PR for 10 years. Previous to that, Myf founded and headed up Frank PR, which opened in 2009 in Sydney, following three years that she spent working at their London HQ. She has over 20 years of Communications experience under her belt.
