HomeTeam NS has appointed We. Communications to develop and produce content for its digital magazine, Frontline, featuring stories from Singapore’s Home Team frontline officers. Under the remit, the agency will deliver editorial content across articles, video and social media.

Based in Singapore, he leads marketing and communications strategy across brand and narrative development, media relations, reputation management, digital communications and stakeholder engagement. Wei Chong brings more than two decades of communications experience across the technology, public and education sectors, having held communications leadership roles at organisations including Cisco, Inmarsat and the National Heritage Board.

Rowan Barker has joined boutique advisory firm Media + Capital Partners as Associate Director. A former radio journalist, newsreader and Director of Media & Communications at the Tourism & Transport Forum, Rowan was most recently part of the media team at Transport for New South Wales and is in his tenth season as ground announcer for the Sydney Roosters in the NRL. He will lead some of the firm’s key accounts as well as hosting podcasts to help clients build their profiles by sharing their stories across multiple platforms.
