Steve Carey creates new strategic media engagement consultancy

Steve Carey has launched MaximComms, offering a range of services including strategic media advice, media engagement and presentation training. The new venture follows his time as Founding Partner at NewsFlash Media nearly a decade ago.

Steve has more than 35 years of media and newsroom experience, having held multiple roles at ABC TV, Nine News and the Seven Network - including Director of News (7 Melbourne), Supervising Producer at public affairs program Today Tonight and as Foreign Correspondent in the UK. He remains a regular media commentator on ABC Breakfast TV and radio.
