Rewiring Australia appoints Director of Communications

Independent, non-profit energy organisation, Rewiring Australia, has tapped Julia Timms as its new Director of Communications. She was most recently Head of Media and Communications at the Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute.

Prior to that, Julia spent time in comms roles across the non-profit and health sectors, following a career in the media, including as a producer at 60 Minutes and 7News.

Global customer communications platform, Sinch, has appointed Tracey Choo as Communications Manager for the APAC region. In her new role, Tracey will be responsible for driving the company's external and internal communications strategy, leading corporate reputation and media relations across key APAC markets.

Tracey joins from La Trobe University, where she was Media and Communications Advisor. She brings agency experience from her previous roles at Allison+Partners, Edelman, and Team Lewis.
