Proxima appoints former TEAM LEWIS marketing lead as Marketing Director

Global procurement and supply chain consultancy, Proxima, has named Nadia Chand as Marketing Director to strengthen its brand presence across Asia Pacific, alongside its regional expansion.

In her new role, she focusses on strengthening brand visibility across APAC, while supporting commercial growth and talent expansion. Her remit also includes public relations and communications, working with regional and global teams to enhance the company’s visibility and credibility.

Nadia brings close to eight years of B2B marketing leadership experience, most recently serving as Marketing Director, APAC at TEAM LEWIS. During her tenure, she led content marketing, lead generation, and go-to-market strategies across the region.

“APAC is not a single market, it's a collection of highly nuanced economies, cultures, and business environments,” Nadia said. “I’ll be working closely with our regional and global teams to ensure our value proposition is consistently presented while adapting our strategy to reflect the priorities for each of our markets. It's about clarity, consistency, and building meaningful local connections.”

Commenting on the appointment, Jo Scott, Vice President Global Marketing at Proxima, said, “Nadia's ability to balance global brand consistency with local market relevance will be critical as we build on the strong foundation established through our merger with ArcBlue late last year and strengthen Proxima's presence across the region.”
