Marcomms promotion at ZEISS Group

Paveena Kumar has been elevated to Associate Manager, Marcoms, Southeast Asia at ZEISS Group. In this role, she leads corporate and marketing communications across the region, driving brand strategy, digital engagement and content development. She also oversees internal and external communications, supports regional events, spearheads employer branding initiatives and works closely with HR on onboarding and employee engagement programmes.

Based in Singapore, Paveena previously served as Senior Marcom Specialist, Southeast Asia. She brings communications experience from Click2View and SE10 PR.
