Iman Dawod has been elevated to Senior Communications Director at BPG. In this role, she is responsible for leading strategic communications, overseeing key regional PR programmes, and driving media and influencer activity across the GCC, while guiding teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

Iman has been with the agency since 2022, managing clients including Amazon Devices, Dubai Business Events for DET, GROHE, Michelin Guide, and Uber KSA. Prior to BPG, she held PR and communications roles at INDEX Media UAE and NGO Friends of Cancer Patients.

James Crampton has been appointed Corporate Affairs Director at HEINEKEN Vietnam, based in Ho Chi Minh. Relocating from the UK, he will oversee public affairs, communications and sustainability for HEINEKEN in Vietnam.

James brings more than 25 years of experience across external and internal communications, investor relations, sustainability practices, public affairs and consumer brands. He has held senior roles at Merlin Entertainments, Diageo, and Old Mutual.

Specialist communications and marketing agency, Via Group (Via), has appointed Rosemary Merz as Global Client Partner and Head of Client Engagement. This role expands Via's senior leadership to support its growth.

Based in Sydney, Rosemary brings over 20 years of experience managing corporate reputation and communication across Asia-Pacific and international markets, most recently as APAC Practice Lead at Zeno Group in Hong Kong.
