Jade Crerand has been appointed as Head of Marketing at House Made Hospitality, where she will lead all marketing activity across the group's Sydney venues. She joined from The Apollo Restaurant Group, where she served as Group Marketing Manager and led the launch of Olympus.

Prior to that, Jade spent time at ESCA Group, following a range of PR agency roles in Australia and the UK.

Tatsiana Baibak has been appointed as Group Account Director at ENTHRAL. She is welcomed to the team after eight years at Bastion, where she was most recently Senior Client Director.

Tatsiana has built up 15 years' experience in PR and comms, including previous roles at Haystac and in-house positions within the retail and fashion sectors.

Chinese vehicle company XPENG has appointed Kaylene Hong as Deputy Director, Overseas Strategic Communications. Based in Guangzhou, she focuses on shaping the company's corporate narrative, managing reputation and issues, and supporting executive-level communications as XPENG continues its global expansion.

Kaylene brings more than a decade of experience across strategic communications and journalism. Prior to joining XPENG, she held senior communications roles at technology companies including Xiaohongshu, Huawei, and ByteDance.
