Strategic communications firm, Evident, has appointed Dove Subingsubing and Diane Hidalgo as Managing Partners. This leadership transition accompanies Cecile Dominguez-Yujuicos move from CEO to President to focus on growth and mentoring the next generation of leaders at the firm.

This is an important moment for our company, said Cecile. Dove and Diane have helped build Evident - through their leadership, their expertise, and their deep commitment to the work. This next chapter isnt about stepping away, but about stepping forward together - with a strong, values-driven team at the helm.

Dove has led strategic initiatives that strengthened Evidents internal culture, operational systems, and commitment to impact. Our clients come to us because they care about doing meaningful work, said Dove. As Managing Partners, Diane and I are focused on building a company that continues to deliver powerful, people-centered communications - and a workplace where that mission thrives.

Diane has led Evidents work in high-stakes, high-impact contexts with discipline and strategic clarity. Weve built a team that understands both the complexity and urgency of our clients challenges, said Diane. Were committed to delivering communications that not only resonate - but move people, shift narratives, and create real change.
