Dubai's Metafoodies Group appoints PR and comms partner

Homegrown Dubai hospitality company, Metafoodies Group, has selected AKA Communications as its official PR and communications partner. The agency will support the group across a range of activities, including media relations, organic influencer marketing, strategic partnerships and consultancy.A

Founded by Alexey Smirnov, Anna Smirnova and Vladimir Chistyakov, the group emphasises creativity, passion, and excellence in the culinary arts. The group�s portfolio includes several distinctive dining establishments across the city, including ALBA, ALBA Street, Bisou, and Himitsu.

Tonic continues Australian growth with new client win

Trans-Tasman integrated communications agency, Tonic Communications, has been appointed by Brisbane-headquartered Morgans Financial, to lead PR for its annual fundraiser, Big Dry Friday.

Starting immediately, Tonic will drive national awareness and participation for the campaign, led by recently appointed Brisbane-based Media and Communications Director, Amelia Oberhardt. The work will highlight Big Dry Friday's impact on rural and regional Australian communities.
