Susanne Martin is Chief Executive of the Public Relations Institute of New Zealand (PRINZ), the professional body representing public relations and communications practitioners across Aotearoa. Susanne's career spans commercial business, vocational education, and professional membership organisations in New Zealand and Australia, with senior leadership experience across strategy, business development, operations, stakeholder engagement, and sales growth. Since joining PRINZ in 2022, Susanne has led the Institute through a period of significant change, with a focus on strengthening its strategic direction, financial sustainability, member value, professional development, partnerships, and advocacy for the profession.
