Rachael Ryan has relocated to the UK and has started at construction company, Lee Marley Group, as Head of Stakeholder Engagement. She has finished four years at the Bureau of Meteorology, most recently as Manager Government Relations and Communications. Prior to this, Rachael worked in-house at Lendlease and agency-side at Access PR.

Steve Carey has launched MaximComms, offering a range of services including strategic media advice, media engagement and presentation training. The new venture follows his time as Founding Partner at NewsFlash Media nearly a decade ago.

Steve has more than 35 years of media and newsroom experience, having held multiple roles at ABC TV, Nine News and the Seven Network - including Director of News (7 Melbourne), Supervising Producer at public affairs program Today Tonight and as Foreign Correspondent in the UK. He remains a regular media commentator on ABC Breakfast TV and radio.

Sharon Green has joined Bizcap Australia & New Zealand as Media and Communications Specialist, where she will be responsible for managing media and communications across the company's global brands, including Australia and New Zealand, Singapore, UK and Europe.

Sharon previously worked agency-side at Assemblo for nearly a decade. Her responsibilities included developing marketing campaigns, leading content strategy and managing public relations.
