Alison Bowman has started a new position as Communications Manager, Maritime at BAE Systems Australia. She was previously Senior Communications Advisor at Australian space technology research organisation, SmartSat CRC.
Alison is a senior communications professional with a career that spans more than two decades, having worked across various sectors including utilities, not-for-profit, research, and health.
In the new role, she will be responsible for communications for the Hunter Class Frigate program, which plays a role in enhancing Australia's maritime security and defence capabilities.
