Tourism Australia bolsters comms functions with senior hire

Tourism Australia has welcomed Tanya Bowes to its team as Executive General Manager. In this new role, she will lead the organisation's corporate affairs function, spanning communication, government, indigenous affairs, sustainability, and accessibility.

Tanya brings more than 30 years of experience as a communications professional. She was most recently Director of Corporate Affairs at CSIRO, and has previously worked across the government, telecommunications, IT, and professional services sectors.
