Thrive PR has appointed Lwindi Ellis as Head of PR - New Zealand. She initially joined the team as Senior Consultant.
Lwindi founded her own consultancy, Raise Communications, and has worked agency-side at Adhesive PR and Eleven PR. She has also worked in-house within the fitness and charity sectors.

Citigate Dewe Rogerson (CDR) has appointed Fergus Herries as Managing Director and Head of Hong Kong. In this role, he oversees the growth and development of the team and business in the market.
Fergus brings more than a decade of experience in senior consultancy roles in Hong Kong, having begun his career working in finance in London. He has provided strategic communications advice for clients in financial institutions, professional services, technology and real estate. Most recently, Fergus was Senior Vice President at FleishmanHillard in Hong Kong.
New Zealand PR and communications agency, Little & Loud, has entered a new chapter, with Hannah Norton (pictured) taking over the business as Managing Director. She brings more than 18 years of experience across PR, journalism, law and crisis communications, including leading PR at New Zealand law firm, Chapman Tripp.
Hannah described Little & Loud’s existing team as talented and said she was delighted that all team members would remain with the business under her leadership.
Founded in 2018 by Lizi Guest, the agency has built a reputation for connecting brands with people across regional New Zealand. Lizi will remain in the PR and communications industry, focusing on speaking and training in communications and AI literacy across New Zealand and Australia.
Nicole Moody, former owner of Hunter Communications, has returned to consultancy with the launch of Hunter Advisory. Based in Perth, the new practice will advise clients on strategic communications and reputation management.
Most recently Global Director of Communications at Fortescue, Nicole said that Hunter Advisory is the culmination of a career spent in senior roles across communications, media, politics, business, and NED roles.
Nicole said: "Hunter Advisory is not Hunter Communications 2.0. It has been refined and repositioned to manage corporate and executive reputations in an AI-led environment where the rules have changed, the platforms have multiplied, and the stakes are higher than they have ever been."
Alongside its launch, the agency has also introduced the Hunter Reputation Index, a diagnostic tool built to identify how AI platforms are representing business leaders and informs strategies to manage personal brands.
