Faye and Jasmin launch The Blended Agency

The Blended Agency kicks off in Hong Kong

Communications specialist Jasmin Woolf and journalist Faye Bradley have launched The Blended Agency in Hong Kong. The agency offers a full-service creative marketing experience, including PR and media relations, editorial and content strategy, social media, events and more, for fashion, lifestyle, hospitality and culture-led brands.

Jasmin brings close to a decade of experience as a copywriter and communications professional. She has worked with international and local companies to build their brand in Hong Kong, Asia and beyond, including Cathay Pacific, Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants, DHL, the Hong Kong Tourism Board, Wavemaker and Mr Simms Sweet Shop.

Faye has written for publications including Lonely Planet, The MICHELIN Guide, Business Insider, Variety, CNN Style, Business Traveller, Tatler Asia, SUITCASE, China Daily, Design Anthology, SCMP, Travel Weekly Asia, Time Out, Hong Kong Tourism Board, Travel + Leisure Southeast Asia. She is also the Founder of CSP Times, a luxury lifestyle and travel publication, and Co-Founder of SUITS Travel, a corporate booking platform, and Paradigm Haus, a culture print magazine. Faye is currently the Editor and Business Development Executive for Compare Retreats Magazine as well.

"Faye and I created The Blended Agency to align with the way brands want to work in this day and age. The traditional agency model - with its layers of unnecessary executives, bloated teams, and fixed overhead - simply wasn't designed for this moment. The gig economy has fundamentally transformed how talent works and how brands access it. Market trends have shown that over half of marketing professionals globally now freelance in some capacity, and agencies are rapidly moving toward what industry leaders call a core/flex model: a lean, permanent core team supported by a curated network of specialist freelancers who can be brought in as needed. That's exactly what we've built,” Jasmin said.

“At The Blended Agency, you talk to us - the founders. We then bring in a team of specialist freelancers tailored to your brief: photographers, videographers, designers, PR pros, SEO writers, all hand-picked and managed by us. That way, we’re able to bring boutique accountability with the firepower of a much bigger team."

Faye added, "Our approach is shaped by our own backgrounds. My experience is in journalism and editorial storytelling, while Jasmin comes from PR and brand communications. We also bring two different generational perspectives. I represent Gen Z, while Jasmin brings the Millennial perspective, giving us a broader understanding of how different audiences discover, engage with and connect with brands.”
