Lily Ong has taken on the role of Communications Manager at Chandler Institute of Governance. Based in Malaysia, she leads external communications for the Singapore-based non-profit organisation.

Lily joins from McKinsey & Company, where she spent more than five years leading Malaysia’s media and external communications agenda and driving the firm’s internal communications strategy for Southeast Asia. Prior to McKinsey, Lily was a writer and worked at Tatler Malaysia as an Editor.

See Wee Heng has taken on a new role as Deputy Director, Marketing & Communications at e2i (Employment and Employability Institute). Based in Singapore, he leads the organisation’s marketing and communications function to strengthen e2i’s brand positioning in employability support, job matching, and employer engagement.

Wee Heng brings with him experience across the workforce and public sector ecosystem, having held leadership roles at the Institute for Human Resource Professionals, NTUC LearningHub, and the People’s Association.

 
 

Fiona Koh has joined Grab Singapore as Communications Lead. In her new capacity, she leads external communications, corporate branding, and on-ground events for the company in the Singapore market.

Fiona brings more than two decades of agency communications experience from Asia PR Werkz, FleishmanHillard, Grayling, and FINN Partners Singapore.
