Mandarin Oriental, Desaru Coast has appointed Shawn Lim as its Director of Marketing and Communications. In this capacity, he oversees the hotel’s marketing and communications strategy, including brand management, media relations, digital and social media, partnerships, events, and promotional campaigns.
Prior to this, Shawn held similar roles at Starwood Hotels & Resorts and Marriott International, and most recently with Shangri-La Group.
