Sarah Whyte is named Deputy Chief of Staff

Stuart Wallace has joined the High Speed Rail Authority as Executive General Manager of Corporate Affairs. He has wrapped up four years at Sydney Water, most recently as General Manager, Customer and Stakeholder Engagement. Prior to this, Stuart worked in comms as Chief of Staff and a senior media advisor for a number of politicians.

Ounissa Quaid has been promoted to Account Director at Madden & Assoc, after joining the agency as Senior Account Manager in 2024.

At Madden, she specialises in financial services communications, working with clients across wealth management, asset management and private markets.

Prior to this, Ounissa was at Mana Communications and worked in-house within the government sector, with earlier international agency experience spanning financial services, private equity and aviation finance. 

Jessie Davis has commenced at Auckland One Rail as Communications Specialist (contract), where she is responsible for managing external and internal communications ahead of the launch of New Zealand’s largest transport infrastructure project, the City Rail Link.

Jessie was previously Communications Manager at not-for-profit B Lab Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand, and prior to that worked as part of the Sustainable Business and Communications team at Unilever ANZ.

She has also held roles across a number of communications agencies and continues to run her own consultancy, Davis Communications, servicing clients including the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet.
