Rowland bolsters executive leadership team with two senior appointments

Strategic communication agency, Rowland, has appointed Amanda Wild and Sarah Smallhorn Guppy to its Executive Leadership Team.

Sarah will lead Rowland's corporate communication practice as its new Director of Corporate Affairs. She brings more than 25 years of experience across strategic communication, stakeholder engagement, and reputation management, having held senior roles with organisations including BHP, Royal Dutch Shell, and IBM.

Amanda takes on the newly created role of Director of Client Services, with responsibility for strengthening client experience and supporting growth. With over 20 years experience at Rowland, she has led a wide range of communication projects at local, state, and national level.

Rowland Chairman, Geoff Rodgers, said the appointments reflect the calibre of leadership within the firm and its focus on recognising and developing talent from within.

"Sarah and Amanda are highly respected leaders whose contributions to Rowland have been significant over many years," he said.

"Their appointments reflect the depth of expertise and talent across our business, as well as our commitment to growing strong leaders from within."
