Rhiannon Emerald Callaghan checks into new hospitality role in Dubai

Marriott International has appointed Rhiannon Emerald Callaghan as Multi-Property Director of Marketing and PR. Based in Dubai, Rhiannon leads strategic marketing and communications for three key Marriott properties: Marriott Hotel Al Jaddaf, Marriott Executive Apartments Al Jaddaf and Marriott Executive Apartments Dubai Creek.
Rhiannon has built expertise in brand storytelling and digital strategy, having a decade of hospitality and marketing experience across the Middle East. She most recently served as Director of Marketing and Communications at W Muscat, where she played a key role in repositioning the property as a lifestyle destination in Oman.

During her tenure, Rhiannon has led PR campaigns, brand collaborations, and experiential events, helping to elevate the hotel’s regional visibility and guest engagement.
