Sofitel Singapore City Centre has promoted Janice Tan to Director of Marketing Communications.

In this role, she leads the integrated marketing and communications strategy for the luxury hotel, covering public relations, corporate branding and reputation, social media, digital marketing, and strategic partnerships, while working with the management team to drive commercial performance.

Janice first joined the hotel as Assistant Director, following her roles at the Shangri-La Group and Pan Pacific Singapore.

Abbey Wirth has started a new chapter with Nike, moving to Singapore as Director, Communications - Southeast Asia & India and Pacific, responsible for setting and delivering the communications strategy, in support of Nike's global business strategy, across these countries. She started with the sports brand in 2021 as Communications Lead for Nike Pacific.

Abbey has previously worked at Red Bull, followed by a number of agency roles, including at One Green Bean and Thrive PR.
