PLAUD.AI bolsters comms team with new hire

PLAUD.AI has welcomed Cloris Yang as Global Public Relations Manager. In her new role, she oversees PR and communications for the AI note-taking brand in APAC, as well as English-speaking regions, including the UK and the U.S.

Cloris previously built her comms know-how at tech companies including Yaber Entertainment Projector and UBTECH Robotics.

Sofitel Singapore City Centre has promoted Janice Tan to Director of Marketing Communications.

Abbey Wirth has started a new chapter with Nike, moving to Singapore as Director, Communications - Southeast Asia & India and Pacific, responsible for setting and delivering the communications strategy, in support of Nike's global business strategy, across these countries. She started with the sports brand in 2021 as Communications Lead for Nike Pacific.

Abbey has previously worked at Red Bull, followed by a number of agency roles, including at One Green Bean and Thrive PR.
