Performance Communications brings in new Associate Director

Mia Esat has joined Performance Communications Middle East as Associate Director. Based in Dubai, she is responsible for leading communications across mobility, sport, luxury and corporate sectors, while supporting the agency’s continued expansion across the region. Mia moved from PRM-Global, where she played a leading role in delivering communications strategies for its high-profile clients in Saudi Arabia.

"Mia’s leadership style, strategic rigour and creative firepower align perfectly with the direction we’re headed,” said Ian Drinkwater, Managing Director, Performance Communications Middle East. “We’re not content with the conventional. Myfanwy McGregor has been welcomed to the Los Angeles Tourism & Convention Board as Director Global Communications, Asia Pacific. Based in Sydney, she will be overseeing communications strategy, execution, and agency management in key markets including Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Korea, and emerging markets across Southeast Asia. Prior to this role, she was the Co-Owner and Director of Adhesive PR for 10 years. Previous to that, Myf founded and headed up Frank PR, which opened in 2009 in Sydney, following three years that she spent working at their London HQ. She has over 20 years of Communications experience under her belt.
