Sarah Cavanaugh has been appointed Director at PRecious Communications, joining the agency’s Singapore office.

In the role, she will lead initiatives focused on corporate reputation, healthcare innovation and the integration of AI-driven communications strategies across Southeast Asia. Operating under the agency’s “ONE PRecious” model, she will work with global and regional brands to turn innovation into business outcomes.

Sarah brings more than a decade of experience advising multinational corporations across Asia Pacific on corporate reputation, public affairs, stakeholder engagement and issues management. She has previously held senior leadership roles across corporate affairs and healthcare communications. Her portfolio includes LinkedIn, AWS, Money20/20, Organon, Takeda and Visa.
