Michelle Elias moves to NGO sector in Singapore

The Singapore Council of Women's Organisations has welcomed Michelle Elias as Director, Communications & Partnerships, overseeing strategic communications, corporate positioning, fundraising initiatives, and partnerships.

Michelle brings more than two decades of communications experience across sectors and was most recently Regional Marketing & Communications Director, Asia Pacific at ERM.

Based in Singapore, she oversees public relations, media engagement, executive communications, and internal communications across the region. With over 12 years of experience, she has supported product, crisis, and policy communications across organisations including Intel, the British High Commission in Singapore, and A*STAR.
