Michael Bennett has been appointed as Head of External Communications on a permanent basis at Coles Group. He initially joined the team in November 2025 in an acting capacity, following his time as Head of Government Relations & Industry at Incitec Pivot / Dyno Nobel.
A former journalist turned comms pro, Michael's experience includes Chief of Staff and media advisory roles for federal and state government ministers, as well as senior comms positions in the not-for-profit sector.
