The Middle East Public Relations Association (MEPRA) has announced the return of its annual flagship forum, the UAE Leadership Majlis, which will take place on 23rd June 2026 in Abu Dhabi.
For its 11th edition, the UAE Leadership Majlis aims to bring together senior communications leaders and industry professionals from across the region for a focused, forward-looking conversation on how the UAE is emerging stronger amid ongoing global and regional shifts, and on the role of communications in shaping what comes next.
Held under the theme “Emerging Stronger: Shaping What Comes Next,” this year’s Majlis will feature a curated mix of keynote data-led insights, sector-led presentations, panel discussions and interactive roundtables.
Discussions will explore how organisations are navigating change, maintaining stakeholder trust and strengthening resilience across industries, while identifying the strategic communications priorities that will define the next phase of growth. The panel will discuss communicating resilience and future priorities, and will hold a dedicated session on internal communications, focusing on how organisations attract, engage and retain talent in an evolving workplace. The event will conclude with an interactive roundtable discussion, where participants will identify practical actions and shared commitments, reinforcing the Majlis’ focus on outcomes that extend beyond the room.
Justin Kerr-Stevens, Chairman of MEPRA, commented, “At a time when our region continues to navigate rapid transformation, the role of communications has never been more critical. The UAE Leadership Majlis brings together the leaders shaping our industry to exchange perspectives, share practical insights, and collectively define what comes next. This year’s theme reflects not only resilience, but the opportunity to move forward with clarity, purpose and impact.”
