Mark Powell starts as General Manager Stakeholder Relations and Corporate Governance

Mark Powell has been appointed as Executive General Manager Stakeholder Relations and Corporate Governance at CS Energy, providing strategic oversight across corporate affairs (including media and communications), legal, company secretariat, internal audit, risk and compliance, and data governance functions.
 
Prior to joining CS Energy, he served as General Manager Sustainability and Corporate Affairs at MLC Life Insurance, including a time leading the corporate affairs and strategic communications workstream on the merger that led to the creation of Acenda.
 
Mark has held senior leadership roles in-house for over 20 years, with experience in corporate and regulatory affairs, public policy, risk management and strategy, including senior executive roles leading multidisciplinary teams at MLC Life Insurance, PMI, and PwC.

Prior to this role, she was the Co-Owner and Director of Adhesive PR for 10 years. Previous to that, Myf founded and headed up Frank PR, which opened in 2009 in Sydney, following three years that she spent working at their London HQ. She has over 20 years of Communications experience under her belt.
