Liam Jones has been promoted to Press Secretary to the Federal Leader of the Opposition - The Hon Sussan Ley MP. He initially joined her office in 2022 as Senior Adviser.

Liam has previously worked in a number of comms roles across the Australian government, including as Media Adviser to the Minister for Employment, Workforce, Skills, Small and Family Business, and Minister for the NDIS and Minister for Government Services. He has also worked in the defence sector, as well as agency-side at SEC Newgate.
