Kenshō Mindful Communications wins real estate and hospitality account

Kenshō Mindful Communications has been appointed by Emirati-born real estate and hospitality landscape, ONE Development, to shape its public narrative.

The agency will shape the narrative behind three landmark developments and two hotels across three cities, including the AED 2.3 billion development located at the heart of Dubai Land - Laguna Residences, DO New Cairo, and Dubai Islands - musical-themed hotels that integrate music, AI, and wellness, created in collaboration with Amr Diab.

“The MENA real estate market is louder and more competitive than ever,” said Marise Assaf, the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Kenshō Mindful Communications.

“Standing out demands more than scale; it demands soul. ONE Development approaches each project with clarity and conviction, crafting spaces that resonate far beyond their walls. Our role is to ensure that this vision leaves an enduring imprint; one that is both unmistakable and unforgettable.”
