From our Melbourne HQ, alongside our US based team, we’ll offer expanded capability across global communications – while keeping the personalised, founder-led approach Simone and I are known for. It’s an exciting year ahead for our team, and we look forward to continuing to lead a values-first agency — delivering connected, culturally resonant work for existing and prospective clients.”

Simone Marshall, Founder of Two Hands Agency, said: “Kate and I have long shared a deep respect for each other’s work, and forming The Residency in 2024 confirmed how naturally our visions aligned and became the catalyst that showed us what was possible together. With complementary expertise and a clear belief in global growth, we’re entering an exciting new chapter, one that allows us to deliver more strategic, connected and impactful work for brands both here in Australia and internationally.”
