Ines Chin appointed as Head of Marketing & Communications

Citigate Dewe Rogerson (CDR) has appointed Fergus Herries as Managing Director and Head of Hong Kong. In this role, he oversees the growth and development of the team and business in the market.

Fergus brings more than a decade of experience in senior consultancy roles in Hong Kong, having begun his career working in finance in London. He has provided strategic communications advice for clients in financial institutions, professional services, technology and real estate. Most recently, Fergus was Senior Vice President at FleishmanHillard in Hong Kong.

Tracy Ong has been appointed Head of Media Relations APAC for Shell. She joined Shell in 2021 as Australia Media Relations Lead. Prior to this, Tracy worked in-house across the energy, aviation and infrastructure sectors, following a career in journalism.

Thrive PR has appointed Lwindi Ellis as Head of PR - New Zealand. She initially joined the team as Senior Consultant.

Lwindi founded her own consultancy, Raise Communications, and has worked agency-side at Adhesive PR and Eleven PR. She has also worked in-house within the fitness and charity sectors.
