Touchapol Boonyaratseranee (Peak) has been promoted to Marketing Communication Manager at Grand Mercure Khao Lak Bangsak. In this role, he leads the hotel’s communications and PR strategy, overseeing campaign development, media outreach and brand storytelling initiatives. Peak also manages PR narratives, influencer collaborations and partnership campaigns to strengthen the property’s positioning and visibility.
He joined the hotel chain in late 2024, taking on the role of Assistant Marketing Communication Manager. Prior to that, Peak served as Assistant Marketing Communication Manager at Park Hyatt Siem Reap.
