From newsroom to health: Richard French steps into senior communications role

Edelman has welcomed back Madeline Garisto with a new role as Associate Client Director. She was at alt/shift/ for two years as Senior Account Director.

Madeline initially joined Edelman in 2022 and prior to that was at That Communications Company. 

Jaclyn Tsang has been elevated to Senior Vice President at KARLA OTTO. Based in Hong Kong, she is responsible for overseeing the company’s operations in the market, working with a client portfolio featuring luxury brands from Bottega Veneta, Loewe and Moncler to Manolo Blahnik, Ralph Lauren and Rosewood Hotel Group.
 
Jaclyn first joined the brand-building agency in 2014 as Account Director and continued to serve the agency for over a decade. Her portfolio also includes senior in-house roles at luxury brands such as Louis Vuitton, Salvatore Ferragamo, and Lane Crawford.



 

Libby Hay has been promoted to Executive General Manager - Corporate and Regulatory Affairs at Aussie Broadband. She has been with the organisation since May 2023, joining after three years as Head of Corporate Affairs at Deliveroo.

With a career spanning more than two decades, Libby brings strategic communications, stakeholder and community engagement, issues management, public affairs, and media experience across the telco, technology, FMCG (dairy), utilities, and government sectors.
